How We Work

At Let’s Help Ukraine, we believe that solidarity knows no borders. Since March 2022, we have been committed to providing direct and effective humanitarian aid to those most affected by the war in Ukraine: children, the elderly, and families who have lost everything.

1. Identifying the Needs

Our mission starts with listening. Through direct contact with local communities, humanitarian organizations, and volunteers on the ground, we identify the most urgent needs. From food and hygiene products to medical supplies and winter clothing, we ensure that every item we collect serves a real and immediate purpose.

2. Collecting and Organizing Donations

With the support of incredible sponsors and donors, we collect essential supplies through fundraising campaigns, donation drives, and partnerships with organizations that believe in our cause. Every item is sorted, packed, and prepared with care to ensure that it reaches its destination in the best possible condition.

3. Personally Delivering Aid

Unlike large organizations, we don’t just send aid—we personally transport and distribute it ourselves. Every month, our team embarks on a humanitarian trip in a single vehicle, overcoming logistical and bureaucratic challenges to ensure that donations reach those who need them most. Each trip is a mission of resilience, carrying hope to people facing unimaginable hardship.

4. Long-Term Commitment

Humanitarian aid goes beyond a single donation. We are committed to providing continuous and meaningful support, helping communities recover and rebuild after devastation
